You're right, it's all over the place. Starlet is a girl, right? I think I like it. I also like Bryce and Lance. But as a sibset it's not that great.
Lance and Bryce are pretty matchy, even for twins. And the rest stands out.

I think they're southern or country for sure. They've got a very Kentucky vibe about them, though that may be heavily due to Rylan, which makes me think of Raylan, from Justified.

I personally don't like the set.
I feel that Rylan and Starlet go together and Bryce and Lance together but together I don't like the four.
