Another five years have passed. Samira gave birth to their sixth child and fourth son, Zerah, and she and Kaleb felt their family was completed.
Then something terrible happened. About two years after Zerah was born, Kaleb’s younger sister, a single mother, was in a car accident and died of her injuries, leaving two sons. Kaleb and Samira quickly stepped up to adopt their nephews, Jacob, who was 7 years old, the same age as Salathiel, and Noah, who was only 1. (They are 10 and 4 now).
And then, to their surprise, Samira found herself pregnant again, just last year. Mimosa joined the family a couple months ago.
