Eartha is aggressively bad in my opinion. Might actually be one of my least favorite name. Flora is actually quite pretty and Fauna isn't too bad.

I love Flora, but the other two are kind of "meh" to me.

Sorry, they all seem pretty silly to me. Let me try to say them and forget that they are word-y.

I still don't like Eartha, because it sounds clunky like Hertha and Bertha. Blech.

I'm not a huge fan of Eartha. I like Martha, but Eartha just seems a little "pretentious hippie" if you know what I mean.

I like all three names, but I'm not sure they would work on a real person. Except for Flora, that could definitely work.
Fauna sounds very nice, but the first thing anyone would think about it flora and fauna, of course, and that would bother me.

I like them all. I don't know that I like them enough that I would actually use them on one of my children but I like them in a fantasy world where I can use every name I like!

I love all three, although I can't help but want to add Merryweather into the mix.

Eartha reminds me of Eartha Kitt. It's quite a pretty name.
Flora, although pretty, it's my least favorite of the three.
Fauna, to me, is quite an upbeat name.

LOVE Flora-- so beautiful and timeless. I don't see the other two names even coming close :-/. They're just lacking the delicate, pretty tone that Flora carries so effortlessly.

I like the name Flora. It reminds me of the spunky title character in the "Flora Segunda" series.

Flora and Fauna together makes it seem like a naturalist or Paleontologist is about to start classifying the the plants and animals of a particular region. Fauna in and of itself is kind of cute although very suggestive of nature. It also reminds me of Fawna and a doey eyed fawn.

Eartha gives off the same impression as Bertha, a name very suggestive of roundness. Woeful would be the fate of a woman carrying a little extra weight who was named Eartha or Bertha.
Gaia, Demeter, and Terra are similar names that might go over better.

I really like the overall nature theme within these names.

Eartha - At first glance it gives me a grounded sort of feeling, but when I start thinking about it I just start thinking that it sounds too close to Bertha. I'm Sorry.
Flora - I really like this name. It reminds me of spring and summer. It is bright and cheerful.
Fauna - I do like the association with nature, but I don't like the -a ending, I much prefer Faun/ Fawn over Fauna.

Eartha's just ugly. Ugly sound, ugly looking. It sounds like something used on some poor Dust Bowl Okie back in 1933 and she'd have siblings named things like Oba, Alva and Del, and you couldn't be sure who was a boy and who was a girl.

Flora is very pretty, almost as pretty as Florence. I think Florence is a bit more dignified and elegant, while Flora is a bit flashy.
Fauna (and Fawn) are unattractive to me.

There's a sequel to Superfudge by Judy Blume where the kids meet some long-lost cousins, and two of the cousins were these dorky, homeschooled identical twins who thought they were singing stars. They were named Flora and Fauna.
