It's so pretty. I also love Annabel and Isabel and Mabel! :)

I dislike it. I much prefer the look and sound of Annabel. :)

Its not bad, but I prefer Annabel...I think Amabel would get mistaken for Annabel a lot.

I'm not positive on the pronunciation of this, but I think it pretty much sounds like Annabel, but with an "m" instead of an "n". Oddly enough, I'm not big on Annabel, but Amabel is absolutely lovely. :)

I love it! It's adorable. I've had it on my top seven for a few weeks, though as a middlename. I love it as a fn name, too. I like the short name Mabel a lot.

Is it "AMA-bel" or "Uh-mabel" or am I completely off with both? Went to the namebank and it didn't give a pronunciation. Either way, it's not really my style. A little too old-fashioned IMO.
