[Opinions] Regan
What do you guys think of Regan? I've always liked the name, but just started thinking about it today (probably because of Megan). Not sure if I'd ever really use it in real life but I do like the sound, it's a little masculine, so it's right up my alley. Do you pronounce it Ray-gan (which is how I say it) or Ree-gan? What would you pair Regan with?http://www.behindthename.com/pnl/139762

I wouldn't think it was my style, but the Shakespearian connections overwhelm me, and it's nice. I definitely see it as a feminine name. Strong, definitely, but feminine.
I'd put it with something flowery or feminine. Regan Violet
Regan Orchid
Regan Lily
Regan Daisy
Regan Marissa
Regan Charlotte
Regan Angelica

Regan is the maiden name of my grandmother, and she'd call her son Regan although his name was William. We call him Uncle Regan, and we pronounce it ree-gan. I can see ray-gan being used easily too, however :)Because Regan is a unisex and an originally masculine name, I'd try and girl it up a bit with the middle name, but that's just me.Regan Matilda
Regan Isobel
Regan Claire
Regan Amelia / Amelie
Regan Charlotte

Yeah, I would want something more feminine for a middle name. I like more masculine names on girls, at least nicknames with something more girly to fall back on. I like Regan Amelie!

For some reason I pronounce it ree-gan when it's spelled Regan, and ray-gan when spelled Reagan. I prefer the Reagan and ray-rag prn. Sounds like you like it for a girl? If so I would pair it with something feminine. Maybe Reagan Josephine or Calista Reagan
