I suppose pronunciation could be an issue, but I thought of Tara's Theme from GWTW first. Not that I pronounce Taura as either Tara or Tora, but no doubt many do.

I fell very heavily once for a female Bull Terrier with a charming personality, and decided that if I ever owned one, I'd name her Taura (I never have), so I suppose my feelings about it must be positive on one level. But it is bad Latin and I'd never name a child or a Bull Terrier Vacca, so no.
