I'm from the US, west coast.
It could also be pronounced -ANN-uh (ann rhyme plan). But I would expect -ana to be AH-na (or AW-na, same to me) and Marianna would be AN-na.
I could also say MAHR-ee-AHN-uh, but I would not intuitively say it that way. That seems more like a foreign pronunciation.
