A Google search for "Jaffiel" gives an exceptionally low hit count of around 500, and among the 1 billion people or so on Facebook there seems to be not a single one with this name, which again is quite extraordinary.

Based on this I would say somebody probably invented/coined this name, and did so quite recently. Or, the other way round, chances are very low that this is a name that is "established" in any signifikant way, and has an origin that one knows about.
