Carol is on my favorites list. Carol seems so neat and tidy. Makes me think of perfectly smooth curls. Carole is OK, but I like Carol a little more. At my first job I worked with a Dr. Carole Jo (double firstname), and Carole makes me think of her. She was very memorable and quirky, a vivid presence.
