[Surname] Hungarian form of Kreitzer?
I have many backgrounds: Native American, French, Scottish, Irish, Czech and Hungarian.
My last name, however, is supposedly from my Hungarian side. My late 102 year old grandmother said that it was changed to a more pronounceable version. I was just wondering if anyone knew of Hungarian names related to Kreitzer.
Any resource suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

I can't see Kreitzer as being anything else but German. A number of immigrants bearing that name came to the US from Germany as you can see at tinyurl.com/n2dwsaa. There's no name close to that in Hungarian.
Yes,
As I said in my original post, it was changed to be more pronounceable.
I found out it was Krajczar. :P
