The past five years have brought big changes to the Thompson family--the five oldest kids are not living at home anymore (at least most of the time), and the younger three kids are very busy with school, sports, and friends.
Two years ago, Aubree married Hudson, a photojournalist from New York. The two of them live in NY now and have a six month old son named Boston.
Last month, Adam married his longtime girlfriend, Kari. The two had been dating off and on through high school and decided to wait until after they both finished college to get married. Adam graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy, and Kari has a degree in elementary special education.
Noah and Ethan are both attending a large state school. Noah is studying biochemistry and Ethan is studying criminal justice. The two of them are roommates and both play on the school's soccer team.
Micah is a freshman at the same school Noah and Ethan are going to, and he is planning to get a degree in psychology and eventually go to grad school to study psychiatry.
