Help[Opinions] Cyan and Cian

I'm a bit bewildered, since Cyan is female and pronounced as Syan, while Cian is male and pronounced as Kian (KEE-an).
At first I thought Cyan was the same as the Irish Cian. I've also seen the spelling Kyan.
BTW, I love Tessa, Viviana, Ronan and Silas.
