Kaitlyn Alexandra Leigh gets points for honoring, but I don't like Leigh either. If you want to honor your sister, Kaitlyn Alexandra Carol would be prettier and more interesting.
I don't have a strong spelling preference for Kaitlyn, FWIW. As long as it's a clear, simple spelling of "Kate" combined with a clear, simple spelling of "Lynn," it's okay with me. I went with Kaitlyn here because it was the first one listed.
