WDYT of Jamie (for a boy)? I'm starting to like it, but I have a few questions...
-Do you think that it would be too confusing with all the female Jamies?
-Is it too nicknamey? Would James nn Jamie be better?
-What would be some sibling names that fit with it?

-Do you think that it would be too confusing with all the female Jamies? No, there are plenty of uni-sex names around, so it won't seem odd. Here in Australia, Jamie is more of a male name, so it seems fine to me.
-Is it too nicknamey? Would James nn Jamie be better? I like it for a full name or a nn. I prefer it for a full name though.
-What would be some sibling names that fit with it? Oliver for a boy or Samantha for a girl.

I think Jamie is fine for a boy but personally when I hear the name I think of a girl.

Jamie is my preferred nn for James or Jamison (both of which I love). I do think Jamie is a bit unsubstantial on its own though.
I wouldn't worry about "all the girl Jamie's". You could name your son Walter Thomas and yet he'd still probably run into Waltyr Tomys in his kindergarten class because some mom said, "Walter! How cute for a girl!"
Siblings might be classics with nn's with a twist:
Sarah nn Sadie
Tobias nn Toby
Katherine nn Kat
Wilhelmina nn Willa
