It feels like it should be a nn (for Margarita or something like it). It's nice as a nn; don't think I like it as a given name.
Rita feels like she would be bright and cheerful, a bit motherly, outgoing, and probably at least a bit artistic (maybe she paints, sculpts, writes, or plays a musical instrument).
