I think the name Ayla has a very pretty and unique sound to it. With names like Ella, Ava, and Kayla being so popular Ayla is refreshing and different in a good way. I think it has a very nice flow to it and I pronounce it a-luh, like Kayla without the K. I think a lot of combos would work depending on the last name.
