In the U.S. the spelling Isobel sees very little use, so over here it would be almost exotic. I definitely like it better than Isabel (which, to me, looks incomplete); but Isabelle (more familiar here) is actually my favorite variant, despite the fact that I'm drawn to names with an 'o' in them.Isobel Mabel is a bit redundant (both names end in -bel), and the last 'l' of Isobel runs into the beginning 'L' of Lucy, so I don't actually like either combo.What about...Isobel Beatrix / Isobel Viatrix
