To go with a sisters named Susanna, nicknamed Susan, and Eloise, nicknamed Lola.

I'm inclined to say Meg because my daughter is Margaret "Meg," but in this set of sisters I think I'd go with Greta.

Mae, Greta and Daisy are my favourite diminutives for Margaret. With Susanna/Susan and Eloise/Lola, I think that Margaret/Mae is best.

Well, my sister has daughters named Eloise and Margaret called Greta, so I'll go with Greta. Susan, Lola, and Greta.I think Margo(t) would also work well.

MegMeg would be my first choice, both in general and with these names, but Maggie and Daisy also work.

With Susanna and Eloise (Susan and Lola) I'd go with Daisy. I love plenty of Margaret's nicknames though. Meg, Maggie, Megan, Greta, Maisie, May, Peggy etc.
