Seems from this list that just one middle name is the exception and not the rule.
Also, Coco? That's a dog's name for sure, and here I see three of them.
George and Martha as a sibset is funny because of the popular series of kids' picture books about George and Martha, a pair of hippos.

It's a small country with a big population, so an extra mn probably helps to differentiate. And, perhaps, effectively shuts up grandparents by using mns from both sides of the family!
Also, British women don't retain their birth lns when they marry. No Hillary Rodham becoming Hillary Rodham Clinton, for instance. If she'd been Hillary Rosabel Tranquillity, or whatever, retaining Rodham would have caused considerable overcrowding.
