Josey Hollis - This is like "A Boy Named Sue." He's doomed to grow up fighting people who insist on calling him Josephine, or spelling his name Josie.
Charlie Ocean - Danny Ocean's bumbling little brother, who tries to follow in big brother's footsteps but doesn't have the charisma.
Atticus James - I seem to be the only commenter so far who likes this. Others seem bored by it, which I don't really understand. James might be a bit "filler," but it goes well with Atticus.
Montgomery Moses Brian - Okaaayyyyyy... we have the big one. Montgomery and Moses are both pretty dated names. Putting them together makes me think the guy was born in about 1900. And then tacking Brian awkwardly at the end suddenly throws the combo into the 1980s. Even if they call him Monty... nope, still sounds like an old dude. This is one of the reasons GPs exist (i.e. while I might like the name, I wouldn't actually name my son Wilbur for this reason).
Blues Anthony - Blues? ... Seriously? ... What's next, Ska?
Rhodes Emilio - Rhodes isn't nearly as bad as Blues (I can't get over that one), but it will still be a difficult name to grow up with. Especially the first time someone - likely a classmate - spells it Roads. Emilio is fine.
Sailor Gene (Gardner) - Giant pile of no.
Olive Mae - I've never really "dug" Olive as a personal name, mainly because it's a food item, but this is cute in a hipster way.
Vivienne Margaret - Easily the best name on the list. Classically beautiful. Really a breath of fresh air after reading some of these.
Edie - It's nice as a nickname, but as a full name it... well, looks like it's short for something. Still hardly the worst on this list.

Josey Hollis - I dig this. I'd never do it but I guiltily think it's cool. It's pronounced Jozee not Jo-see.
Charlie Ocean - nice compromising there, hipster but not. Rather see Charles and called Charlie.
Atticus James - blech.
Montgomery Moses Brian - lol that is the worst name I have seen in days. Looks like a joke.
Blues Anthony - Ugh! Naming a kid Blues? That's creepy.
Rhodes Emilio - not my style, rather see Emilio Rhodes, I kind of like Emilio but Rhodes sounds just like roads and reminds me of dogs (Rhodesian Ridgeback)
Sailor Gene Gardner: this makes me chuckle. gah wwyt?
Dashiell Julius William - eh. Not a fan of using Dashiell, it's trying so hard to be dashing. Oh and we'll call him "Dash" ... I think I'll just call him Hyphen.
Olive Mae - I like Olive! Not thrilled by the twee combo
Vivienne Margaret - pretty decent. Rather Vivien or Vivian
Edie - geez. Why not Edith. Edie by itself is pretty flimsy. Oh well it's nice.

Josey Hollis - weird, is Josey supposed to be Josie or are they pronouncing it like Jose? Josey Dorsey sounds terrible.
Charlie Ocean - Charles Ocean would have been fine, I don't get the appeal of Charlie on it's own.
Atticus James - Yawn.
Montgomery Moses Brian - Exactly what I would expect from them, ugly old jewish person name. Brian seems out of place.
Blues Anthony - When Blue is overused by a celebrity add an S!!
Rhodes Emilio - Rhodes? Weird. Emilio is ugly.
Sailor Gene - Ughh, Sailor is such a stupid name. I do not see the appeal, it's a really weird sounding word. Her older son has such a handsome name.
Dashiell Julius William - I find Dashiell trendy and trashy, but Julius William is incredibly handsome.
Olive Mae - So sweet and pretty! So much better than Elliette.
Vivienne Margaret - lovely.
Edie - Cutesy, I do like Edie as a nickname though.

To me, the outlaw Wales notwithstanding, Josey is not androgynous; it's entirely feminine, and no props to her for sticking it on a son.
The others are all very Hollywood-celebrity and hipster, but Blues is ridiculous. Chase your Blues away. I have the Baby Blues Blues.

Yeah, if I saw Josey on its own I'd assume girl, that's why I mentioned it as a combo. Seeing that Hollis has been historically masculine, Josey Hollis had me a little more confused.
I wouldn't even say that Hollis is historically a man's name, because I can't think of any man having it for a first name.
You just have to look at the charts. It clearly had a stronger run as a male name.
And I do know a Hollis, big burly guy in his 60s probably

Josey Hollis doesn't sound like a boys name to me, sorry.
Charlie Ocean sounds like a film character's name.
Atticus James is decent, but nothing too exciting.
Montgomery Moses Brian sounds like a wild combination of names they came with.
Blues Anthony sounds quite depressing to me.
Rhodes Emilio is fine with me. I really like Emilio, therefore I would have used it as the first name.
Sailor Gene sounds weird, especially in combination with the last name.
Dashiell Julius William is decent, but I loathe Dashiell.
Olive Mae is the first one of these that I really like!
Vivienne Margaret is fine.
Edie is not my cup of tea. Reminds me of Desperate Housewives.
