Archie seems out of place to me, as I associate it more with British toddlers. But otherwise I can totally imagine people with these names running around in the early 20th century.

Bettie - as a nickname for Elizabeth
Etta - as a nickname for Esther, or Elizabeth
Homer - though Homer Simpson's made it pretty unusable. Maybe for a cat.

Nellie - as a nickname
Opal
Ramona
Tillie - as a nickname
