It is cute! I have been thinking about it lately also.
I really like Martha Jane, though Martha Caroline is nice. I'm less inclined to like Caroline in general so it's not quite as exciting to me. I think Martha Eleanor would be pretty, too.
Side note: I've met at least two Marthas that I can recall. One went by her full name, the other by Matty. I found it sounded very sweet in "real life."
