For some reason Henrietta seems like it would be the name of a chicken. Maybe the nickname Hettie seems chickenish? I don't know. Either way I like the name but do think it's over the top. Hattie is a preferable nn, or Etta.
Eta: duh, Caroline, it's the nn Henny that signifies chicken.
