I like it, but I tie myself in knots over the spelling. I like Anneliese and Annelise, but I want to pronounce them ah-na-LEE-sa/za, and I prefer the Americanized AN-uh-lees pronunciation. Annelies makes that pronunciation clearer, but I can't get past how you can draw a line down the center and turn it into "Anne lies."
