Cybella. I worked with a crazy girl everybody called Sibby so she didn't figure out we were calling her Sybil.

I could see Sibby working for Sabrina / Sabina, any of the feminizations of Sebastian (Sebastienne, Sebastiana, etc).Zibby could come from Hephzibah, Zibiah, Ziba, maybe Zenobia? (Also, anything that leads to the initials Z.B. or C.B. [though you might end up spelling it Cibby that way?])
It's kind of cute, but it's not really my style. Thinking on it, I just realized I don't have any -ie or -y nicknames for any of the names I like, so definitely not something I'd use. I'd definitely be like "ooh what is that short for?" if I met one though.
