I love Evan as a first name! Congratulations. Some suggestions:

Evan Andrew
Evan Bradley
Evan Alexander
not too sure of your style so there is just a couple
As for your sister I like Rowan, Lucas, Ian, and Hayden for boys and for girls I like Lindsey, Lana, and Andie of course ;) But if she were to go with Andie, i'd say use a formal name and have Andie as a nick name. Good luck to you both and let us know the results!
