My first insttinct is to pronounce it like aural, which is not far off from oral, which nobody wants to be called.
It looks like Laurel but the l fell off it.

Everyone will call her/him Aurel whether that's the real pronunciation or not. If its for a girl, Aurelle would change the pronunciation.
