Personally, I don't think Killian needs a nickname. Certainly you wouldn't want to go with Kil/Kill/Killi. Sounds too harsh. Lian and Ian are the only viable options I see.

Personally, I'd spell the name with a 'C' it wouldn't have the blatant "Kill Ian" in there.Cillian doesn't look harsh as Killian does
