I'm Italian so I pronounce it SEEL-vee-ah (Silvia).

Sylvia Agnes - if pronounced as AHNG-nes; by the way, I love the Italian version of Agnes, that is Agnese :)
I love Clara, but Sylvia Clara doesn't flow well: Clara Sylvia or Sylvia Claire would be better in my opinion.
