Emmeline is an attractive alternative to Emma or Emily, although Emilia or Amelia would be nice as well.

I love Zacharias, it's a good strong name. Also really like how it can be shortened to Zach. Prefer the more modern Zachary but Zacharias works well.

Arthur is an okay name, bit old fashioned even by the three names you've chosen but still workable.

Zacharias is good, as long as they go by Zach/Zack for short. Without the nickname it's a bit long and hard to handle.

Emmeline is nice, I like it. Emme makes a cute nn.
Arthur I am not really a fan of. It's one older name that just doesn't appeal to me.
Zacharias is ok, but I am not a huge fan of this name either.

As far as them being for siblings, I think Emmeline and Arthur work, but Zacharias sticks out to me. I'd prefer something like Edward, Edmund, Edgar, Charlie, Oscar, Oliver, Maxwell, Barnaby, Leo, Joseph, Miles, Henry, Harry, Hugo, Gene, Darcy, Dexter, Sebastian, Samuel, William, Wesley, Rupert, Thaddeus for a boy.

Emmeline is one of my favorites. I don't like Arthur. I'd prefer Zachary to Zacharias. For siblings, Arthur seems out of place. Emmeline and Zacharias are ok together though.

Emmeline and Arthur were good and then you hit me with Zacharias and it just doesn't seem to fit.

Emmeline and Arthur work. Emmeline and Zacharias work. Arthur and Zacharias is okay. But the three together seem too mismatched.
