[Opinions] Re: Top Ten for February
in reply to a message by Rachel Shaina
I've been distracted from names in general lately :/
I'm struggling all together here. These feel the most plausible right this second, but I don't feel strongly about any past the top 2.
Gwen
Phoebe
Rose
Raquel
Fawn
Maris
Romy
Edith "Edie"
Elsabeth "Sibby"
Rosalind "Roz"
Mars
Gordon
Lewis
Abram
Caspar
Ren
Isaac
Quentin
Woods
Anson

Thanks. I have the same feeling about Elizabeth et al. They're just hard to be excited about. I'm digging Elspeth at the moment also. And really, my favorite sound would be Elzabet, but Elsabeth is easier all around. My SIL's name is Elsa though, so not sure how really usable any of those are without exclusively using a NN that's not "El" related.
Raquel is my wildcard. She's not one that really "fits" into my taste and the idea of Roxy terrifies me. But she's so stubborn she insists on sticking around, despite all my reasoning.
Woods was almost Woodland, this month. He's usually Woodrow but Woods actually feels most natural (no pun intended) coming out of my mouth.... As is Woodsy ;)
