I like Elise quite a lot. I'd give it a 4/4.5. I would consider using it. Some pairs:

Elise Annora
Elise Marie
Elise Bianca

Audrey Elise and Clara Elise both sound okay.

Marie seems too much like a filler name to me. I know tons of people named Marie. I like Bianca but I can see my hubby bucking that name. Annora is cute but I think it's a bit too similar to Aurora, a name I don't like and my best friend has a daughter named Aurora.
