It sounds so delicate!!!
I like very much names like this (with this sound) infact my username is Felie...
But I don't know, what is its origin...?
I think it's a good name with a very beautiful sound.
And with MN Lily is more delicate...
But I don't like the NN Finnily...it seems a pet name.
