I dislike the WEE sound in it. It feels whiny.
Of the combos you've got there I'd pick Edwina Daphne, but I don't love it. Is it an option to do Winifred Edwina called Edwina? I don't think the other orders flow as well, and I agree with Aine that it'd be a shame to use Daphne as a middle name if you're planning on more kiddos and could use it as a first.
I like Daphne best, Winifred next, and Edwina last.
