My husband had a student once, third-world lady, who went by both her given names: Queen Elizabeth. He found it quite embarrassing to speak to her in class.

I think it would be best to avoid any name that any actual queen has ever had. Or, it might work to give her a name like Victoria Anne Elizabeth and use Queenie as a nn.
