I think I would be:
'Iirika bint Al-Ththaymuthiat Eshb
Seems like kind of a mouthful, lol! Then again, I don't speak Arabic, so maybe it's not that difficult to say. I used Google Translate, so I don't know how accurate this is. Also, I don't have a kunya, laqab, or nisba.
