In Portuguese it's [mee-kuh-EH-la].In spanish it would be [mee-kah-EH-lah]. Four syllables indeed, though I guess the two middle syllables could sound like [kai] if you say it quickly.Alexandrina, Annabella, Clementine, Charlotte, Emilienne, Florence, Frederica, Katharina, Mary (May), Maud, Penelope, Rosamund, Theodora (Teddy).
