For so many reasons. It was my father's first name, it's my son's middle name, so it has a lot of personal meaning to me. Apart from that it's a classic name with tons of history. I don't find it boring at all.
Otto souns dorky, not in a good way. And I always think of Bismarck when I hear this name. It's very German to me. It makes me think of a fat, uneducated German guy.
