actually, I could picture a Thea with a granddaughter named Summer lol but Summer is wayyyyyy happier and friendlier! Plus, I have a cousin named Summer!

Dorothea, nn Thea, changes my mind. I ordinarily like Dorothea, Dorothy, and Theodora, but they all sound heavily starched, old, and conservative next to happy, easy going Summer. I'm not in the mood for that today.

Either Dorothea or Theodora, though the only Theodora I know goes by Theo. No, I still like Thea infinitely more than Summer.

Yes it would sway my decision. I like Thea on its own but I prefer Summer to Dorothea.

Yes, if Thea is short for Dorothea, then that completely sways my opinion. I love Dorothea.

Ooh, I don't know. I think I'd go for Dorothea nn Thea, although I'd prefer Theodora as the full name. I'm not a big fan of summer the season, so I'd rather go with Thea. I love Theia too so it makes sense.
