I love it because it means light or dawn (so something about light and the daily voyage of the sun).
It is from Persian but recently I found that its original form (Roshanak) is very very similar to Rosh haShana the Hebrew New Year's Eve. I was very surprised by this concidence but.. I was so happy.
Everything in my name comes from "Middle East": I love that area since I was a child so I'm studying it at university (Arabic language, Hebrew History, Ancient Middle East cultures...).
