I totally prefer Georgina. Georgiana is too long for comfort, and pronouncing it jor-JAY-na seems really silly to me, like a pretentious version of Georgina.
I like Georgina Daisy, Georgina Sally, Georgina Lucy - seems to need cheerful little mns to show off its elegance and versatility.
