In the list of nobility names (at http://www.behindthename.com/names/tag/noble_titles ), I noticed that some names were missing:

Replies

Most of the latter aren't titles, but personal or family names of aristocrats, clerics and rulers. Don/Donna is more an honorific, like Charles, not a noble title.
