Carolina is inconveniently long and either geographical or unEnglish. Coraline ... I haven't seen the movie so I don't know how it's pronounced, but it looks like a typo. I much prefer Coralie.

I named my first daughter Caroline instead of the name I thought I was going to use. That name just didn't seem to fit her, and so I went through a name book until I found one that did. So it's certainly a name I like very much, but it wouldn't have been a first choice.
