As my own children, I think I would stick to the plan with naming the girl Vera Constanse and the boy Thor Magnus. I am unsure if I will use Thor or Magnus in the daily use, but I think that Vera & Thor, and, Magnus & Vera sound nice either ways.
But in stories is a much different case. But I think I would go for Bellamy & Avalon, and to be honest, I think those names would fit just as much for a boy/boy AND a girl/girl twin-set. I'm not even sure which one of the genders that would get which name..
