[Opinions] Sophronia
This name is on my mind today, and I'm not sure why. I don't really like it. Anyway, WDYT? Any middle name suggestions? "And by the way, dearie, your punctuation sucks canal water!"

Not a fan. I just don't like the PHRONE sound. It's neat in theory, but nms.

I like it, it's beautiful. The main character from Gail Carriger's Finishing School series is called Sophronia Angelina Temminnick. (Lots of interesting names in Carriger's book, btw!)I'm not good at coming up with middle names, I always suggest Fern, Lark and Wren. Sophronia Lark isn't that bad, is it?

I like it in a GPish way but I don't think it's useable.

I don't like it, reminds me of the word suffering.
I would pair it with a short middle name like Sophronia Mae or Sophronia June.

Sophronia is pretty and has an old fashioned elegance. It does have a slightly intense grandeur, but it also has the possibility of cute nick names for everyday use like Ria, Ronny, Sophie, etc...Sophronia Regina
Sophronia Marie
Sophronia Elise
Sophronia Byrony
Sophronia Fey
Sophronia Katherine
Sophronia Eris
Sophronia Virginia
Sophronia Ginerva

Oh I love it. It's on my PNL. And only the best of the best make it onto my PNL. My PNL that I worked so hard over, shed so many tears over, nursed and nurtured, and proudly watched grow into a tome. Aye, a name must be blessed indeed to find a sacred place on my PNL, and Sophronia is one of The Chosen.

I'm sure the Sophronia's of the world are honored that their name graces your pages. ;)

I'm into it. Not quite enough to use, but I'd be really excited if I met one. I mentioned it in one of your surveys recently (in the combo Sophronia Zipporah, though now that I think about it, that's not quite what the middle name actually was. It was closer to Zipporiah, I guess). [http://www.behindthename.com/bb/ot/4762705] Sophronia Beatrix
