Hello I always wanted to know what it meant also, I knew my dad got it from a song and after I found out there was also a book that was called NARCEDALIA Piedrotas, but I wanted to know the origin of it so after years of research I found out that there is no meaning for it because it's an anagram of the name CANDELARIA. I read that years back in Monterrey, Mexico a priest had a helper who was in charge of washing his clothes and making sure the church was always clean and whom was named CANDELARIA, the priest hated the name as he thought it was very common and ordinary so he formed the name NARCEDALIA using the same letters from her real name.
