I don't care for either, at all. But if I had to pick - Jade. Jada looks made up, and at least Jade is a word name. ~Heather~

I think I'm just about as split as you! I really like both but... gah, Jade, I suppose, just because it's one of my fave gemstones and I like the single-syllable sound better. Though I do like the association with Jada - Jada Pinkett-Smith, she's such a strong woman and a good role model. I like that.So... Jade.

I don't like either. They're quasi-exotic and trendy, IMO. I do, however, like a lot of other short female "J" names, such as:Jane
Joan
Jean
Johna
Jeannine / Janine / etc.
June
Jetta
Jenny
Jeannette
Josie
Joyce

personally, I prefer Jada, because I'm not into precious stone/metal type names, and Jada is less like that to me.

I like Jade but it makes me think of Jade Goody, a British celebrity, not a good association for me. I'm sure I'd forget about that if I knew somebody called Jade, though. Yeah, so, anyway, I prefer Jade.Image hosted by Photobucket.com
