Kestrel immediately came to mind.

Keziah
Kesha

Cassandra/Cassidy? Cass --> Kes
Christopher/Christian? Chris --> Kes

Keziah is the only name that comes to mind, and I hate Kes as a full name! I do love Keziah, though.

My first thought was Kestrel.

Other names it could work for:
Kester - on a boy
Kesara
Kesenia
Kesiah
Keston - boy
Kestra

Short for Kester. Can't think of anything else. And Kester (which I like a lot) is short enough not to need a nn.

Kenneth Edward Sean could give you Kes, though!
