I don't know, to me they just sound very taste specific. I prefer sibling names to make sense together rather.
Though now that you mention it, I have heard a couple people say something like "you must like very down to earth names," when I've mentioned my kids were called Will and Finn. Hmm...I wonder if they thought the same as you do about Betsy and Sally.
