In Germany we pronounce:

Layla - LIE-lah
Leila - LIE-lah
Laila - LIE-lah

Leyla - LA-lah

Lila - LEE-lah

Lyla - LIE-lah

I prefer the Leyla spelling, whereas the others are all ok-names, too.
(Lila seems a bit nn)
